I was initially hired as an independent consultant to evaluate implementation approaches and potential outsourcing options. After approximately two months, the company entrusted me with full responsibility for the project. I designed and delivered the initial system in approximately six months, then maintained and supported it as an internal production application through 2017. The application enabled employees to register daily working hours and provided managers with analytical reports for project planning and resource analysis.
